Amber & Darren, Pebble Beach Wedding  02.18.11

I met Amber, a fellow photographer, on a job and promptly decided I liked her warmth and honesty. We chatted for hours, becoming fast friends. A few months later,  I was crying behind my camera as she read her vows to this man she loves. Their wedding was every photographers dream, but in reality what I loved about it was the soulful way in which they brought glory to God. So tender and true.

What can I say, these pictures are what every bride dreams of having! They are elegantly lovely! Breathtaking and fun! You seem to have captured the day as it unfolded in a most charming way. Congratulations to you and may God bless them with a wonderful live together!

I literally found myself gasping, then holding my breath as I viewed some of these images. True beauty captured. Truly moving.

The one of the whole wedding from behind...love the stone arch echoing the semicircle of the chairs...
The black & whites...ethereal, love the unusual focal point, lack of grain is perfect for this wedding...
The netting of the brides veil...the color, the perfectly white white, creamy almost...

And I want a print of the piano. Oh, the piano!! HOW you got it so perfectly glossy but creamy, and lost just the perfect amount of detail. It's the most beautiful piano I've ever seen. Please come take a photo of my piano like that someday. :-)

These are breathtaking... not just the scene, but the captures. You completely lose your breath as you sense what your words describe, and your photos call to memory, though we weren't really there at all... the beauty of the Creator as expressed through His creation, both the "background" and the covenant love affair!!
